“I am an Englishman living in the USA in an area where you just can't find quality shoes unless you are willing to travel to New York or Chicago. Pediwear has been a life saver for me and I have been an extremely satisfied customer for over five years. “It would be great if you can reduce the price for delivery to Czech Republic. My order in amout of 600 GBP was delivered for 35 GBP shiping cost. Order from Germany cost max 15 EUR.”

Dear Mr Puczok Thank you for your email. I have reviewed your order and worked out the cost of shipping - and I am inclined to agree that we did charge a little too much for your order. It is very difficult to devise a system on our website which takes into account all the different shipping methods we use and the weights of the shoes and other products. Most of the time the calculated value is fair but occasionally it can charge too much or even too little. Please note that we only ever aim to cover our own shipping costs - please ask us to quote you for shipping on any future orders and we can manually adjust the costs if the shopping basket price is too expensive.
