“The arrival to the product may be early. The correspondence by the email is early, too and can feel relieved. Because the corner of the shoebox bent, it is necessary to think about some packing.”

“I found the particular shoe I was looking for on your website. The rep that I spoke to recommended a ½ size larger than I was planning to order. He was right. When I became concerned about availability I suggested that I would consider going to a less desirable but more expensive shoe. Your rep assured me that the less expensive shoe would soon be available and that I should stick with it. The preferred shoes arrived (in Canada) reasonably quickly and fit well. Thank you for your help.”

“Most of the time WebShop has performed very well. However once I found myself on situation shoes I thought are available for me on stock were sold out and delivery time ended up far longer than expected. Hope this is not possible anymore.”
