“Ordered a couple of pairs of Barkers and they arrived quickly and securely. Each pair of shoes came with free accessories. And you get a 10% discount on subsequent pairs. How can you go wrong?”

“I received the shoes, I feel very satisfied. The only drawback is left shoe uppers have some flaws, exposed some of the pinhole, slit again. Parcel has not shoe polish: p, I clearly remember I bought a shoe polish. Overall very satisfied, thank you.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for giving us 5 stars despite your concerns. There are two matters here, the first being the quality of the shoes. If you have any concern regarding quality we will be keen to look into the matter for you. Perhaps you might consider sending some photographs of the problem in the first instance? Secondly with regard to the polish, we did not send it, nor did we charge you for it because it was out of stock. The email sent at the time of despatch detailed this. However, I can understand why you might have missed this and it would be our usual practice to email you separately - and at least offer an alternative. Please accept our apologies for not having done so. If you do place another order for footwear with us we would be pleased to add a tin of either Loake polish or our own brand polish free of charge. “I bought a pair of shoe trees as a present for someone, and needed advice regarding the sizing, which can be quite critical (a size 10 tree, for example, would fit an 11 if it is broader than usual, and be too big for may size 10's), and Pediwear were able to give me guidance which meant that what I got was spot on.”

“It's my first time to buy something from Pediwear, the goods is received in good condition and consistent with descriptions, the only problem is the delayed dispatch, due my contact number is not noted on the expredd bill, the courier can't dispatch on time.”

“First of I would like to say they have the best custom servers,due to my credit card didn't work,I kept trying to repay,and they tell me to take my time to do that they will firstly to reserve for me until I pay sussesfully. The massive delivery speed,it was delivery to Hong Kong from England,I thought it would've took more than a week to get to me,and it only took 3-4days Their price is ultimate,you can't even seek a lower price than them,lower price doesn't mean to have bad servers at all. Looking forward to have another chance to deal with them”

“I am very impressed with the customer service I received. I made a mistake with my online order and was treated with utmost courtesy when this was revealed. I was then given clear, simple instructions to return the incorrect items and order the correct ones without having to resort to the online process. The correct shoes arrived promptly and are as comfortable and well made as I expected. Value for money as will last for years. Many thanks.”

“Fantastic selection of footwear, all priced below any other shop I visited. Shoes wanted were out of stock, but were made available within 48hrs, and shipped to me free next day. Beautifully packed, and came with a bundle of free gifts! Fantastic service, highly recommended.”
