“Good merchandise and very kind communication. Especially response is very quick. That's great. Fast shipment is also satisfied. I hope the pics of item are more detailed and plentiful. That will make perfect that site.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your kind review. I note that there are only 2 separate views of the shoe you purchased. We would usually expect to be displaying at least 4 views - I was not aware that we only had two shots of this shoe. I will ensure this situation is rectified. In the meantime if you ever require more views of a particular style please do not hesitate to ask. We have a small photography studio in house and can usually arrange for specific shots to be taken. “3 orders to Pediwear, everytime a good experience, real advise from real expert regarding sizing and materials Shipping is a bit expensive to France but shoes are cheapper here than on others sites”

“The boots were a long time arriving owing, the supplier said, to a delay in delivery from the manufacturer. It seems to me that if the supplier is unable to supply within the time allotted by them, they should advise the customer. That said, the boots are great and I will replace them with the same make/marque when required.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your email. Having reviewed your order it does seem that there were unexpected delays. We originally advised you 5-7 working days which would be our usual expectation. Despite going back to the manufacturer twice to determine the date of delivery it would seem we were twice given inaccurate delivery times. Whilst we always contacted you promptly whenever you emailed for information, I think we could have done more in the final week when there was the second unexpected delay - we should have chased the order and kept you updated. I am sorry this was not done - it would be our usual practice to do so. We certainly understand your frustration and I hope you appreciate that the delay itself was outside of our control. Finally, and perhaps most importantly it is good to hear you are pleased with the boots. We hope we can be of service to you again - please be assured that the issues you faced were most usual. “My order was processed less than 24 hours after I placed it. I was willing to foot the bill for arranging express shipping, but was told it was not possible. No matter, I was trying my luck. Within the next 24 hours, my shoes had been despatched and was on its way to me on DHL Worldwide Express shipping. It took a grand total of less than 4 business days for my shoes to reach me, and from UK to Singapore no less. Thoroughly impressed to say the least. Thanks for the pleasant surprise Stephen and Pediwear! I am of the view that anyone who needs to buy quality shoes online get it from Pediwear.”
