“Found the best price out there at Pediwear for my Barkers. They took a little longer than expected to make it to the Antipodes... but we're worth the wait!”

In general orders despatched to the Antipodes arrive within 7 - 10 working days, and most arrive sooner than 7 days. It is not clear why your order took longer, but please be reassured that taking longer than the 7-10 working days we quote is quite usual. We hope we will have the opportunity to serve you again. “Splendid service. I'm located in Denmark. I placed the order thursday and already had the shoes monday morning. Furthermore I recieved a few extras with the order, free of costs. Perfect service! I'm definitely ordering from Pediwear again without hesitation.”

“I have used Pediwear twice to purchase my shoes and the service has always been extremely professional, efficient, and very good value for money. Any questions that I had on shoes were answered very promptly by the highly knowledgeable and courteous staff. Delivery is extremely fast and items have so far always been delivered as expected. “Shop assistant advised us the shoes we wanted (Malton Tricker boots) were discontinued yet when we got home, we ordered from their website. Delivery was late due to sizing and they were a birthday present so disappointing. When they finally arrived, they were perfect. Quality, hard wearing shoes.”

Dear Customer First of all we are pleased to hear that there was a happy ending and that you are pleased with your purchase. I am sorry to hear about your difficulties, I must say it is most disappointing that you were told that the Trickers were discontinued. All of our staff are well aware of the procedures for ordering and we would expect them to consult with our brand managers in the office before making such a declaration. I will bring this matter to our next shop meeting to ensure there is no repeat of this, please do accept our apologies for the disappointment. The delay you refer to was caused by the manufacturer - who very unusually for them sent one size 9 and one size 9.5 in the same box! Whilst we understand your frustration particularly in light of the fact it was a birthday present, I am satisfied that we did all we could to keep you informed and obtain the correct footwear as soon as was possible. We hope to see you again in the shop soon - please ask to speak to either Julie or Gary who are our men's sales experts.
