“I think to be fair to the consumer, this survey should confirm the customer has received the goods before it is emailed to the customer. I have not received any call from the courier but the status shown delivered. I have a number of items and one of them still reflects as manufacturer sending to pediwear while some are shown despached. So what does it means? By sending the survey before customer received the goods is a mistake and overlook. ------------------------------------------------------------------ I changed my rating of pediwear on 29 Sep from initial 2 stars to 4 stars. Why? because the conditions of the goods is excellent. The company did a good follow up prom[tly on my case . For the fellow sg purchaser, based on the courier employed by pediwear, have an expectation of between 10 to 12 working days for good to arrive from UK to SG. Other than this, no worries on the condition of the goods. excellent.”

“Recently bought a pair of Grenson boots which are excellent quaility and good value. I had a slight problem with my card but it was dealt with very politely and the boots were despatched very quickly once I had resolved the problem. Will use Pediwear again.”

“Each of my experiences with the customer service providers at Pediwear has been outstanding in a very good way. The CS reps are extremely professional and courteous and truly a delight to talk to. As for the Pediwear products, prices, and shipping services, I also have nothing but positive comments. I am a fan of Grenson shoes and have found no other store on the planet -- and I have looked -- that can beat Pediwear's prices. And I am amazed at how quickly the company gets orders in the mail (post) . . . it seems that they start packing the shoes before I even pay for the order! I will definitely continue to deal solely with Pediwear as my source of Grenson shoes. Bottom Line: Top-notch service.”

“The service we received was second to none. Our order was not in stock but ordered immediately from the manufacturer. We were given up to date information and knew exactly how our order was progressing. When we received the shoes there was a personal note - we felt our order was of importance to them - good old fashioned service!”
