“The web site's easy to view and use. The despatch is quick and a good point is the ability to track the delivery. However, after the shoes arrived in Australia 1 week ago, they still haven't turned up and I have no ability to track where they are with Australia Post. Please don't use the Royal Mail again because they hand the delivery over to their overseas counterparts. Please always use a commercial courier such as DHL or Fedex.”

“I purchased Loake shoes, which is a quality product. The price was great. The service was fantastic. I emailed them to change the size, which they promptly did. I even got a hand written "with compliments" slip when the shoes arrived - nice touch!”
