“I ordered a pair of Pediwear Coniston shoes. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. The shoes arrived as promised, the day after the order. Good quality shoes and great service, highly recommended.”

“Pediwear have a no nonsense on line ordering and payment system I ordered a Tilly hat for Christmas, my order was fulfilled and arrived in good time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, however Pediwear were happy to exchange. I have had problems with other online companies who have not been prepared to do this, so this was reassuring. I found some one else to fit the hat (they were very pleased), so I did not have to return it. I have now ordered two more hats, and I got a nice surprise £5 off .”

“Delighted with the service. More to the point my wife is delighted with the hat (its for her) Received the hat but on trying on realized it was a little tight. Spoke to your office no problems lots of help, David, lots of solid help. I returned hat with note, replacement was received a few days later. Excellent hat, excellent service. “I placed an online order with pedi wear ordering a pair of shoes for my husband. I found the online ordering procedure very easy to use and the communication between myself and pedi wear was excellent with a very swift Order confirmation followed by a delivery date. Added extras were also welcome in the way of free shoe trees, Polish and a shoe horn. Excellent customer service will definitely recommend and use again.”

Stephen carefully explained The type of fitting and last that he thought Would fit best, and he was Absolutely right in his recommendation , coupled with thus I received the shoes by post the next day. “Sizing advice on the website for the Tilley hat I bought was excellent, the hat fit perfectly and was exactly as described. It was a Christmas present and any concern regarding return post Christmas, if not suitable, was quickly dispelled by a quick telephone call.
