“The shoes I ordered were promptly dispatched but unfortunately didn't fit (as I have very wide feet). Pediwear readily agreed to my returning them and promptly refunded my payment.”

“Quick to dispatch. Sadly I had to return the item due to it not fitting but the refend was processed very efficiently. Only down side is not offering free returns. Had to pay almost £25 for sending two pairs of shoes.”

“Ordered a new pair of Loake shoes, delivered very quickly with free shoe trees. I have consistently used Pediwear for all of my work shoes for several years. Great service, great prices, timely delivery. If you need some advice, there is a real person at the end of the phone to help - and they genuinely know what they are talking about. Might all seem simple and straight forward, but you rarely get this level of service these days, especially on line!”
