“Still the same professional service, but perhaps the value is not here anymore. They used to include freebies such as shoe horns, ties and shoe trees all the time. Now you have to watch out for their specials. Would still recommend but there are other retailers that now do a similar job at pretty much a similar price.”

“Pediwear are great! Service is excellent and, if you have to contact them to check on orders, stock or availability you get a very prompt response. Customer care is taken very seriously and I love the personalised notes that the team put in the boxes prior to despatch. A few years back I had a couple of problems with one of the courier firms, I discussed the issue with Pediwear and we agreed a form of words to assist the driver to find my house. I'm not sure if anything was said behind the scenes but the problem never returned! I'm a buyer of Pediwear's Loake 1880 range of shoes. Their stock is subject to availability and I respect that but if anything is out of stock there's always a friendly discussion about availability or other options. It's a bit like old-fashioned shop customer service but online - I hope it catches on!”

“I recently purchased a pair of boots from Pediwear. The transaction could not have been simpler. I had sizing questions that were answered promptly which resulted in a perfect fit. Shipping to the U.S. was much faster than expected. I will not hesitate to buy from Pediwear in the future.”

“I purchased a pair of Loake 1880s recently. Overall, I found the prices competitive and more importantly, service very very responsive. Queries were answered promptly, and with sincerity even if definite answers were not available. I followed up with a C&J purchase and once again found service spiffy, and had no trouble adding on shoe care products to my shoe order. One suggestion I would have is ... reduce the amount of black and improve the picture quality of the shoes. A lot of these shoes are really beautiful and deserve a picture that does them justice!”

Dear Customer Thank you for your many kind comments regarding our service. We provide prompt replies via email, telephone and live chat - so we are almost always accessible in on form or another. We agree that the website needs updating and we are in the process of doing just that - though it is a process that takes time in order to get it right. However, we are hopeful that the new look should be up sometime soon. Certainly some of the stock which has been on our website for several years is in need of updated photography. With all new stock we do shoot at least 4 views - and we are starting to work through the old stock to ensure they are updated. “Fantastic service. The shoes arrived very timely and in perfect condition. It turns out I needed a different size and Pediwear honored their return policy exactly as stated. I shipped the first pair back (at my own expense, of course) and I received the new pair in a few weeks, which I thought was quite reasonable. I will definitely purchase from Pediwear again.”

“Pediwear was awesome! Ordering Crockett & Jones shoes from Pediwear online from the USA could not be easier. After paying through the nose for a pair of C&J shoes from a upscale downtown store in the USA, I was told taxes, shipping and custom fees would run the cost of these worldclass shoes through the roof if I ordered them myself from the UK. Nothing could be further from the truth -- I ventured on my own, shopping online with Pediwear. It was no different than dealing w/any top-rate merchant stateside. And I still had significant savings over the brick & mortar shoe stores here. I would not hesitate to order C&J shoes through Pediwear again - they are firstclass all the way. They kept me posted on the status of my order all the way to delivery. My hat's off to them! ACK”
