“I would like to commend you on an excellent service. Shoes ordered late on Wednesday; sent from the UK Friday, delivered in Perth Australia on Monday morning. Plus, no extra charge for delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.”

“I recently took delivery of a new pair of Chester's in Mahongany with Dainite sole. I was expecting a longish break in period and have been pleasantly surprised to find it took just a few days feel like I had had them for a long time. I don't have to comment on the service, excellent as ever.”

“Bought wax based polish and brush to fix the colour on my shoes that had become stained with salt reside from the rain, excellent advise from the staff and an excellent product. First time of used Pediwear - will be using these guys again”

“Ordered a Tilley hat and was very pleased with how it was packaged and shipped. The only small comment would be that although the Tilley registration card had been filled in, they had forgotten to stamp it, so I had to include a copy of the receipt to prove I had purchased it”

“I am a recent, first time customer of Pediwear (they were recommended to me by a colleague), and I particularly recommend them if you are new to the world of top end, high quality shoes. They have loads of time for their customer, and are clearly passionate and knowledgeable about their products. In a market where pricing is pretty consistent, they differentiate themselves through customer service and great concessions such as the shoe trees and first time discount. They were able to advise a projected delivery date (bear in mind many shoes are essentially made to order and wont be in stock yet) and I strongly suspect they have strong supplier relationships. They were also very patient with me while I resolved issues with my debit card provider. The package turned up next day, and I was delighted with the contents. Let's say it was more than 2 shoes in a box! My only gripe is that I don't think their website does them justice, but I would urge potential customer to get over that and support a business doing things properly.”

“I was looking at a wingtip last week and didn't find my size in stock. I messaged the customer service and asked them to double check if they still have stocks since the model I wanted appears in the product line-up when I filter by size but doesn't when I go to product page. Earlier this week, the model appeared in my size so I immediately bought it. But I got an email yesterday and was told that they no longer have that in my size and the last pair was old shortly prior to receiving my order and as such are unable to complete this transaction. It's really frustrating because I inquired a week prior for them to check it in my size.”

“I just recently bought a pair of Loake boots and this is the fifth purchase of a pair of Loakes from Pediwear over the past five years or so. Apart from Loakes being an execllent brand and that the shoes were again shipped to Australia with no issues, the one thing that sets Pediwear apart is their excellent customer service. With very good prices as well, I don't hesitate recommending them to people. Graham A (Sydney, Australia)”
