“I live in the US and am always hesitant to buy from overseas retailers because of the fear of getting hit with unexpected customs or import fees. The folks at Pediwear responded very quickly to my email answering all of my questions regarding shipping methods. They also provided some unsolicited information about the fit of the particular shoe that I was buying that would have potentially saved me a lot of time, money, and headache, had I not already been familiar with Tricker's. I would not hesitate to shop with them again.”

“I am very happy with my purchases at Pediwear. Last time I had to send back an item (I ordered wrong size of shoes) and the interaction regarding this was perfect. I am based in Stockholm btw and woul esily recommend overseas purchases from Pediwear. I do notice that this sounds overtly but I am very happy with the service.”

“Last month I ordered a pair of Loake shoes from Pediwear. Saying that the service was great all the way through would be a gross understatement. I received prompt replies to my emails concerning color availability and possible replacements. The store met the deadline for dispatch, but the best part was that the shoes were packaged and sent via airmail to Russia on the very next day. In contrast, with Charles Tyrwhitt I had to wait 7-8 days for export. The shoes arrived in perfect condition (there was only one small niggle, but that was due to improper handling at the customs, like it usually happens in Russia). Totally satisfied.”
