“Having ordered the incorrect hat size, the staff on the other end of the telephone were a delight to deal with. So much so that when I returned the hat for replacement, I included a letter of thanks for their help, guidance and telephone manner - the first of such in my life. Well done the team and I will return !”

“I was hesitate to purchase shoes online. However, during the purchase process, the help is always there. The service is great, always answers my question professionally and patiently. “I've known about - and owned - Tilley hats for a long time. Part from the sheer quality of the product they're one of the few brands that make hats big enough for my evidently extraordinary head - and even bigger if needed. But I've found that most regular stores that carry them often - even usually - don't carry stock of the larger sizes (I need an 8)”

“easy to buy, good price and fast delivery. had some problems with the payment (my card wasn't activated for internet purchases) that was sorted out by mail within hours. Some extra godies (shoehorn & wax polish) added for free.”
