“Bought a pair of C&J Cliffords on Friday, had them in the U.S. and on my feet by Tuesday evening. Great service. Great prices. Great selection. You don't need to go anywhere else for the finest in footwear.”

“I have only the best things to say about Pediwear. Their customer service is top-notch and definitely one of the best I have come across -- super responsive and helpful, credit goes to David. I resides in Singapore, and I received the parcel in less than a week from the point of purchase. What more, they offer the best prices online -- I have done my massive internet research. Always a pleasure to shop at Pediwear, and I will definitely patronise again. As for the Grenson Archie C, although it's from the Made-in-India G2 collection, I find the quality to match up the price. Also, I really like the aesthetic of the oversized brogue detailing matching with the rugged commando sole. Size wise, as it's a G fit, the advice I saw online of sizing down half a size is helpful.”

“Spoke to David, about my cocerns of correct fitting for loake eton loafers, his advice was helpful and informative. I found it very refreshing, talking to someone who knows what they are selling. So ordered on the Thursday arrived the following day. Now that's what i call good service. Oh and very pleased with my loake etons, fit like a glove. Thanks to all at Pediwear for an old fashioned decent service. Graham Jarvis.”

“Ordered on line and received an unexpected discount with free shoe tree. Could not be happier with the quality of the Barker shoes supplied. Everything despatched as advised and received as expected. I have used Pediwear on a few occasions now and I consider it an excellent service. If you have a problem there is someone there usually at all times with an answer for you.”

“There was a handwritten note with my shoes which was a nice touch, presumably explaining the delay in their arrival. I couldn't read a word if it, but I suppose it's the thought that counts! The shoes are great.”

Dear Mr Morgan Thank you for your review and comments. We are never entirely satisfied unless we receive 5 star reviews so we are disappointed your experience was such that you should leave 3. We send handwritten compliment slips with all our orders, so this was nothing to do with the time taken to deliver your order. However I am concerned to hear that you found it illegible and I will be taking this up with our despatch department. Please accept our apologies for this. We did send an email on 21st October advising you that your order would take 8-10 working days - though I suspect you might not have received this, judging by your comments. Unfortunately the shoes were out of stock with us and we had to order them from Ecco. If fact they arrived with you within 7 working days which is ahead of the prediction in our first email, though I appreciate if you did not receive our advisory emails this would seem like a significant delay. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay. I hope you better understand the reasons for the delay - and most of all I hope you are happy with the footwear. Thank you for taking the time to leave us some constructive feedback - I am sure our compliment slips will be legible in future. “I've purchased 5 or 6 pairs of Loake shoes from Pediwear over the past 8 years. Every time I have placed an order, it has been processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. On one occasion the shoes I had ordered were on a long back order. However, Pediwear asked if I wanted to cancel my order or wait. I chose to wait. They kept me fully informed of progress and I eventually received the shoes earlier than anticipated. First class service - every time. R. Mellor. Staffordshire.”
