“s the first pair was too big. My communications with the Pediwear staff throughout the process were professional and prompt.I appreciated being able to reach customer service representatives by email and getting rapid and useful responses from them. The shoes turned out to be a bit more expensive than I would have liked”

“I just received a fabulous pair of Mephisto shoes for at least 45 percent less expensive than I could get the same shoes in the United States. Be sure to order your European size and tell them your US size. Great service and communication every step of the way (no pun intended).”

“I've bought 1/2 dozen or so pairs of shoes from Pediware over the last few years and the experience has been uniformly excellent. Queries are always answered very promptly and the shoes have always arrived quickly. Any manufacturer delays have always been communicated quickly and proactively. Pricing always keen.
