“I was impressed with the feedback on the progress of my order once it had been placed. It was good to receive one to one correspondence and not just auto reply emails. The order/shipping time was very efficient and the only reservation was the postal handling which had slightly damaged the box. However this did not appear to have marked the shoes unduly.”

“I ordered a pair of Loake shoes on Pediwear.com last december. I was first disappointed when I received an email from the customer service telling me that there would be an unexpected delay. I wanted to get the shoes pretty quickly, and the fact that the delay was due to the manufacturer was not of my concern. However the customer service took time to respond to my numerous emails, offered me the option to cancel my order and they charged me only after despatching the package. The delay was an inconvenience, but at least I didn't have to support the financial cost of it. The shipping via UPS was incredibly fast and efficient (from UK to France) and I got the shoes within 2 days (from the dispatch date). My rating reach the 5 stars because, despite the delay, Pediwear showed me that its staff is very customer service oriented, and that's what matters the most to me when dealing with online purchase.”
