“Questions about delivery before purchase were answered promptly and clearly. Goods arrived very, very fast and in perfect condition. Most impressed with this firm - I shall be using them as my main supplier of Loake shoes from now on. 10/10. Recommend!”

“The price is good, overall service is good. But need improv on delivery service. It took me more than 2 months to get the shoe.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for giving us 4 stars despite the delays you experienced. We certainly understand your frustration, these shoes took much longer than would normally have been expected. The delay was partly caused because the manufacturers initially sent the wrong size, however we would usually expect this sort of difficulty to take no more than a week or so to resolve. It seemed to take a long time to get the first pair and the replacement from the factory. Having reviewed our order and our communications I think we could have kept you better informed regarding these delays - we will endeavour to improve our communications in future. “Everything correct. There was a delay in receiving my shoes as Pediwear were waiting for arrival of stock from the manufacturers but I was kept aware of the situation in an efficient manner. Will definitely buy from Pediwear again.”

“I live in the US, so I naturally had some reservations about purchasing a shoe which I've never tried on from a brand, which other than it's reputation, I was completely unfamiliar with. That being said, I did largely based on other customer feedback and can attest that I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Their customer service is truly the best I've encountered and I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“This is my third time buying from Pediwear. The price is very good compare to other online store. But with their service (quick response and providing good advice) along with free shipping made them the best. Pediwear is my favorite online shoes store and I do not see that would change in the foreseeable future.”
