“I an extremely pleased with the way the entire lifecycle of the sales process has been handled right from the start. Each concern was addressed with appropriate recommendations throughout. The final delivery with additional shoe polish was a nice touch, and the delivery was way sooner than expected, sometimes even local products have a longer delivery time. All in All, i'm happy to provide testimonials to ensure the word spreads out of the fantastic team of Pediwear.”

“This is a first class company to deal with. I first bought a pair of Loake shoes a few years ago and recently returned for another purchase. The prices are the best I could find, and the service is exceptional (genuinely knowledgeable and quick). The shoes I chose this time arrived quickly, but unfortunately were not a good fit for me. I contacted Pediwear asking for advice on a suitable replacement - they were extremely helpful in their advice, even to the extent of measuring the height of the shoe under the ankle so I could compare it to my old shoes. The returns process was straightforward and quick. Needless to say, the replacement shoes (Loake Rothschild) are exceptionally comfortable, and of top quality. I was so impressed with these, that I have also ordered a pair of brown shoes made on the same last (Loake Cornwall) which I am also very pleased with. Both pairs arrived with spare laces. Before ordering the second pair, I contacted Pediwear again to ask for advice on shoe care products, as I wanted to ensure I was looking after my new purchases properly. Again they proved to be both helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend Pediwear, and their Loake shoes, without reservation.”

“Love my shoes. These are my first pair of Chelsea's, so I wanted an authentic pair. Great service, fit, quality, style. They even included some freebies, i.e. shoe horn and polish. Shipping was quick.”
