There is no difference between registering a UK and a foreign shipping address so I am surprised to hear you encountered these difficulties. “I would appreciate your service more if I had received information when my order was complete and what was estimated delivery date. I was surprised it took about two weeks to receive my order.”

Dear Customer We are sorry to hear you did not receive our email communications. It is our standard practice to reply within one working day to all orders - and we emailed you on 16th - the day after your order to advise we would expect your order to take 7 to 10 working days to reach Poland. I have checked our email servers and I can find no evidence that our email was rejected so I wonder if it might have ended up in a 'spam' folder? Please also bear in mind that this was a free shipping service. Thank you for giving us 4 stars despite your concerns and we hope this will not put you off ordering in future. “This was not the first time that I've ordered from Pediwear, and certainly not the last! Pros - great selection of shoes, sizes and brands. Also, I''ve found the prices to be unbeatable. Cons - slow delivery ( I live in Denmark) Overall, a good experience”

“There was nothing wrong with Pediwear service or products. although I prefer a round toed shoe rather than one with an unnecessary extended toe with nothing in it which causes front of shoe to crease, but that is a personal style thing The problem with buying shoes over the internet for me was getting the right size shoe. If a better way could be found with regard to sizing I am sure that would stop possible returns.The reason I came to pediwear, Is the selection plus I do not like trawling around shopping centres yours David Connah”

“Pediwear really went the extra mile for me in my first experience with them. I had first sought fitting advice for a pair of Sanders Holborn, which I promptly received and confirmed within the same day. Somehow something went wrong during payment processing with my bank and the whole delivery had to be delayed by more than a week. Despite this, not only was Pediwear more than happy to still see the delivery through, they threw in a complimentary shoe horn and shoe polish and arranged for an express delivery from the UK to Asia which arrived after 2 business days. All at their own cost. The boots fit perfectly too! I'm more than happy with the service provided by Pediwear and would be more than happy to do business with them again.”

“I went to the shop in Halifax to try on some boots, the staff were brilliant. My little boy had the hiccups, and he received an extra strong mint that cured his malady, in the meantime I was helped to try the boots I have wanted for a while. I purchased a fine pair of sanders Newmarket boots with the help of these ladies. Just a note to their employers, your staff and your products are worth their weight in gold. Thank you”
