“Pediwear accidentally sent me shoes in the wrong size. I was asked to return them, which I did, to get the correct ones. I was able to change the model of the shoe to a different one of the same price, and I got a refund of the costs related to shipping back shoes to Pediwear. Mistakes sometimes happen and Pediwear solved it in a good way, I will for sure return to them for my next pair of shoes.”

“Great experience. Customer service answered my questions about sizing within the day and shoes were delivered (in France) within 3 days. I chose the size customer service recommended to me : it suits me perfectly. Merci!”

“First I purchased a pair of Loake Mulligan. After two weeks of use I noticed this highly annoying clicking noise from the left heel. Got in touch with Pediwear who told me to send them back, so they could send them to Loake for further investigation, and to prove that there was a manufacture malfunction. Shortly after this I received a mail where Pediwear would like to hear what I wanted to do. Decided to go for another pair of boots (Loake Pimlico), great chukka boots btw. I also got a refund for both the return postage, and the price difference of the pairs. Excellent customer support!”

“Great quality shoes, boots along with a high level of professional customer service. My first order,Loakes had a unexpected delay at the manufacture making these boots,where i was notified of this delay promptly. I was offered my choice of free socks to offset this delay, or the option of cancelling my order with no pressure . Not many companies out there, who are driven by caring about their customer or potential customer. I was notified that my order was shipped,and i received this order less than 2 weeks ,which is great considering i live in Canada. Upon receiving this order, my packaged was securely wrapped ,protected. It was also nice knowing that these boots came with an extra pair of laces. This may not seem like much, but i have ordered high end North American boots ,shoes, where the do not give you an additional free pair of laces. I find these boots to be better quality,fit as comfort, then some of my North American made ones. In fact i liked these boots so much, i placed another order which were received as mentioned above, and received the order less than 2 weeks to Canada I will definitely be a repeat Customer again.
