“When I phoned for advice on the brand of shoes I was thinking of buying, I was given knowledgeable and helpful information on which I based my final decision. I ordered my boots on-line which were at a discount from the normal price, and they arrived in a few days. They were spot-on. I was pleased. I would use them again.”

“Ordered my shoes to the Lebanon. Although they weren't present in stock at first, Pediwear made sure to follow up with the manufacturer promptly and to subsequently ship them whilst detailing the steps. Brilliant customer service to say the least!”

The vast majority of parcels arrive in good condition with little or no damage to the box - so I am very sorry to hear this happened to your box. All parcels sent to China are wrapped with additional protection to prevent this sort of problem - but very rarely this sort of damage does occur.
