“The goods in question, Barker shoes, were first rate as is only to be expected. Any queries or questions were dealt with immediately, ( by phone ), to the satisfaction of all. First rate goods and an excellent customer service team. It's a pleasure doing business with this company.”

“Pediwear.com supplied with no delay and had quickly responded to my questions. Regarding the item("Anton" slippers by Draper of glastonbury) I have bought, I don't recommend them, as it is far from being convenient.”

“Had the pleasure of visiting this store and what a pleasure it was! Rang the store and spoke to Gary, Gary called me back within 10 minutes to say the shoes were now in from the warehouse. Arrived at the store to be met by Gary who went way above and beyond what I expected. Fantastic service will defiantly be using this store to buy my Barker shoes from now on”

Dear Customer We quite a agree that your parcel took too long to despatch - I am very sorry for any inconvenience or concern this caused. Your order was placed at one of our busiest ever periods - just after Black Friday. However, even taking this into account your order should not have taken as long as it did. “Tried a number of places to get the Grenson shoes I wanted with no luck. Then I found Pediwear great service speedy delivery. And what was really nice when my shoes arrived you could see the box had been neatly wrapped in brown paper, and could tell it had been done by some one with care and pride. Highly recommend. Many thanks to Pediwear.”

“Bought a pair of Docs apparently made in Thailand previously. These split around the proximal toe puff after 18 months and I had always wanted a pair of English made 1460s. Pediwear recently had a fantastic special which I took advantage of and the service was prompt to Australia from the UK and courteous. To those wishing to purchase the English made Docs, they are superior in every way, the only thing that lets them down is the fitting, which I believe could be widened for the general population (wearing in considered).”
