“I m from Hong Kong ,this is the second of my purchase from yours ,last year i buy a brighton,i feel perfect .this times i bought a pair of Royal but your already change the export policy,so i need to perpare few more step to get it! I think thin times is much more trouble than perious”

“Ordered a pair of Loake brogues before Christmas but was informed they were out of stock and not available until February. Another online shoe shop in Devon had told me the same. However, much to my surprise, two or three days later, Pediwear located a pair of the shoes I wanted in my size. They were despatched on a next day service and arrived just before Christmas! Well done Pediwear! Excellent service. Alan McCaw Taunton.”

“Not the first purchase of shoes from Pediwear. Always quick to dispatch the item and always keep me informed on the status of the order. Never had to return my purchase to date. Also very responsive when you request something (e.g., minimising the delivery box size). Definitely will purchase from them again.”

“This was a Special Request Order from the Factory because the Size I needed was not in stock. As in the past, Pediwear was fantastic at both the fulfillment as well as the shipment. I will continue to purchase my shoes from Pediwear and have no problem recommending them.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review. Our site is connected to our stock database and updates occur every hour during the day. Items which are end of line are therefore removed immediately. We also display items which we can obtain from the manufacturer within a few days. This allows us to offer a wide range of products which our customers very much appreciate. Occasionally there is a delay in obtaining a product from the manufacturer, and we do appreciate this can be frustrating for customers. However, this is a relatively rare occurrence and we do endeavour to advise customers as soon as possible when this is the case. We also make ourselves available by email, live chat and telephone to discuss our stock levels or your requirements prior to your order. I do hope we can be of service to you again.
