“Having bought a Lamy special edition fountain pen in Dark Lilac, I wanted more ink so I have spares as I use it daily to write with. Pen & Paper have been great in dealing with extra requests to add to an order placed online, which is what this was. Always very good to talk to them if I have something I need to do more than what's been ordered etc. Would recommend to buy from them. Prices are competitive too.”

“The service that you recievce at Pen and Paper is out of this world. Its like walking into aladdins cave as they sell a variety of stationary products. I bought my Kaweco student pen from here and the young lady who served me had great knowledge of each pen and showed me how each one worked. Also I recently ordered a refill pack for my filofax, which i recieved within 1 to 2 days. The staff really know their stuff. Well done”

“Wonderful shop, could have spent all day in there. Excellent service: very knowledgeable and really friendly. Bought a gorgeous Conklin Iced Blue fountain pen and will be buying again online (as not resident in Cardiff) for sure.”

“After years of buying online i visited the store for the first time yesterday. It was wonderful, I bought a gorgeous Visconti and Yard o Led fountain pens. The lady who served me was wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!”

“I'm happy to say that despite being so far away from the store, communication between us was prompt. My order was processed within hours of making it & given tracking # without any fuss. “Shop did not have my original choice of gun metal grey, so ordered a brushed silver finish instead. This came very promptly and I preferred the brushed silver to my original choice. As compensation for not having original choice, the shop supplied me with a black medium refill in place of the standard blue one, free of charge. Pen was a present for a member of the family, so can't comment on how it is in use, but I'm sure it is fine. Would certainly use the shop again.”
