“I ordered from The Pen and Paper while staying away in Cornwall. I knew the product I was buying well, I have used Lamy pens for years, but the service was very fast, quicker than anticipated, well packaged (essential but not always adhered to, especially when buying pens and inks/cartridges) and the whole process was easy from beginning to end. Which is how we all hope internet buying can be.”
