“Very helpful ( as you have always been) when I phoned to enquire about stock and colour of a diary - my choice was put aside as there was only one left. Also an offer online did not seem to work but a quick phone call meant that it was included in my parcel. Order arrived promptly, but haven't examined it yet as it's a Chrismas present!”
