“We have been using Peninsula since 2016 and have no complaints. Recently we had to renew our CHAS and due to some of the questions being quite complex, I found Einaas to be amazinly helpful and we flew through the accreditation process swiftly with no problems.”

“I have worked with Adviser Daniel Carr over the last couple of weeks to resolve an employee issue. I have appreciated his advice and support with this matter. He has a good understanding of our company culture and way of doing things. I've always found that he has a no-nonsense approach: he doesn't ask me silly questions, nor tell me things I already know. It feels like we've navigated through the situation together and made joint decisions at each step of the way.”

“We started to use Peninsula Business Services for HR In October 2023, it's a very simple system to use and gives you all you need as a small organisation to get your HR and policies up and running quickly. They are really helpful and responsive when you need them. We also took up the Health & Safety element this year, and my goodness that's even better! Writing risk assessments etc., such an easy less onerous task now. We have had a recent Audit with Einaas Farooky, his approach to H&S was amazing, so easy and makes it really understandable. He's been so helpful in our organisation taking this forward with more confidence. Thank you Einaas.”

She listened intently to my enquiry, stated the contractual arrangements that applied and guided me clearly and consisely through my options for managing the staff disciplinary issue. “Our first year of using Peninsula as our H&S provider. Onyedikachi completed our fire risk assessment at our London office. She was extremely helpful in advising of our responsibilities and was happy to take additional time to clarify her findings and has since offered guidance on the best way for us to move forward with our actions. “Lynsay Anderson is an amazing , professional , outstanding person to deal with .
