“Chloe Burrell helped us negociate the redundancy issues when closing down our business. We found the process to be very onerous and difficult - a great deal of time would have been saved on both sides if the CORRECT drafted letters for the staff throughout the process could have been given for us to copy precisely and accurately. This would have meant that the employees call to meetings contained all the correct wording instead of the to-ing and fro-ing with Chloe telling us we weren't doing things correctly. Why not just do the letters for us? We all felt that the process was arduous and tedious and we felt that as we pay a great deal of money for Peninsula's assistance, we should have had much better hand-holding over such sensitive issues. Chloe probably did her best as her hands are probably tied by Peninsula's rules and regulations but nevertheless the whole point of us employing Peninsula is to be given correct information from the outset during what was a traumatic and difficult time for all concerned.”

“Beware of using this company. Shocking ethics. Tricked me into autorenewal which I asked not to have and I'm being billed for another year. Terrible deception. Definitely get legal advice before using this company.”

“needed some help with H&S forms and called peninsula on an off chance they would be bale to help Einaas told me exactly what I had to do, where to go on the portal and get the best results. And as we all know H&S is not easy at the best of times. Thank you!”

“Have just had the pleasure of receiving guidance from Chloe Burrell who has been absolutely fantastic. The situation I required assistance with, had some extremely disturbing aspects to it and Chloe listened to my views sensitively before a resolution was agreed upon.
