“Further to my original post regarding the receipt of wrong bag. This was in fact my mistake and Millie at Perfect Handbags sorted this out for me and I am now in possession of my lovely handbag. Best customer service I have come across in a long time and I have already posted this onto Facebook. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you.”

“Sent for a leather handbag in the sale. Arrived v.quickly but alas it was the wrong one. Contacted company and in fairness their response was immediate. Awaiting next response and resolving of problem, will update on outcome as is appropriate .”

“Struggled a bit placing my order... took me a while to realise that 'view bag' was not a link to show me the bag that I had ordered, but was to examine the contents of my basket and allow me to check out. That was frustrating . However everthing else was great - good price, great product and rapid delivery. Specially good was the excellent packaging which ensured the bag arrived in pristine condition. Happy wife, happy life!”
