“I was kept aware of the progress of my order which is nice. When my bag arrived I was relieved as it was what I consider to be cheap, but it is pretty and just perfect for my needs. I had half expected the quality to be compromised, but it is well made. I would recommend this company.”

“The cross-body bag was just what I needed - not too large and heavy. Colour was as indicated on website. The zip is a little sticky but I'm sure this will get better with use. Just one thing, I would rather the shoulder strap hadn't been folded so many times, as it is not quite as flexible as I would wish. Again, with use, it will hopefully soften up. Easy site to navigate and delivery was prompt and I will certainly use this company again.”

“The item I purchased was worth, at most, half of what I paid for it! I have no complaints with the service. Thank you for your generous offer which I will take up. The bag has not been used. My review above referred to the value of the item, not the suitability of the user. Perhaps I have been misunderstood! In the days of recycling, why would anyone keep the original packaging weeks after purchasing an item! It was not my intention to return the bag, but to flag up that your bags were not worth the money.”

We're sorry the customer didn't like the Bill Brown bag and felt it was poor value at £18.50 - we never like to hear of an unhappy customer so we've offered a full refund including a postage paid return (and she doesn't have to return the original packaging either!). This bag has been very popular this year, but everyone's taste is different especially with bags which is why we have a no quibble return policy - if you don't like a bag you purchase we'll refund in full whatever the reason.
