“Despite my initial very positive review I must now retract this. I bought bag 2nd February it arrived broken. Received replacement which broke after 2 outings. When I asked for a small discount on a more expensive bag I was told no! It is now 5th March and I have no bag and no refund. Very far short of 'Perfect Handbags'”

“Very quick Delivery arrived the next day as requested.Fantastick price for a beautiful Real Italion leather clutch.It even had Italion red paper in????Loved the style and quality so much baught both the purple and the black.Go on ladies treat yourself.You won't be disappointed ????????x”

“I ordered a wrap on 21st and paid for next day delivery - I am still waiting! I emailed yesterday to enquire about my order - I am still waiting! The only thing I have successfully received from Perfect Handbags is an invitation to write this review! Very poor! I have since been contacted by customer services and have received an apology, refund of postage and the wrap! There definitely was an error but they have subsequently handled it well and restored my confidence.”

“Excellent delivery and was informed all the way. The bag is just what I was looking for, big enough for money, cards, keys, phone, glasses in a case and still a little room. Best of all comes with a wrist strap. Thank you.”

“I wanted a black patent handbag to match shoes for a wedding. I didn't want to pay a lot, and the bag had to be large enough to hold make up, brush, phone, keys and a pair of flat shoes, as I was at both the reception and evening do without time to go home and change. I found exactly what I wanted at Perfect Handbags. The clutch bag is large enough but not too large, reasonably priced and the service was excellent.”

“Original order was dispatched from another company and was faulty. I contacted Perfect Handbags who were very apologetic and sent a replacement the next day. Despite initial problem Perfect Handbags could not have been more helpful and kept me informed all the way. Well Done - will use your company again!”
