Ordered a T shirt and personalized water bottle 3 weeks ago and haven't yet received them. sent email a week ago to the address given in case of order problems and received no reply to that either. Think i've been done but will persist in trying to recover my money.

Hi I haven't received any communication regarding my order placed 7 days ago although you took payment not long after .I also asked to change the colour of my choice a few minutes after the Order went through as I ordered wrong colour in error and was told that it wasn't possible but I still haven't received my order so can't see what the problem was .

I placed an order nine days ago (30th Nov) and have heard nothing from them until an email asking them to rate my purchase. No communication regarding the status of my order, when it was being despatched, no delivery date etc. I am none the wiser as to whether I should have already received it or whether this is a premature email. Time to find out from this shoddily run company, I guess...

T-shirt is of the thinest quality and poor printing which isnt really acceptbale for £20. Wrong size sent as well so all in all useless

The quality of the towel is absolutely disgraceful for the cost. I have better quality tea towels. Unfortunately it is a requested Christmas present by my nephew otherwise I would have binned it. I would not recommend this product at all to anyone else.

The customer service is appalling. I placed an order on the 24/07/17 for a birthday present. After multiple emails I was no further forward into finding out where my order was and the status. The online account did not provide any information. After speaking to a call handler who answered the phone with just a hello! I really could of been speaking with anyone. I was then informed my order had been dispatched on the 21/07/17 but part of my order was out of stock! When was I going to be informed about this? The thing that got me is I didn't place my order until the 24/07/17 so it's remarkable this company can predict the future! I was told on the phone I would receive a refund for my out of stock item and next day delivery on my other. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund! If I don't receive it soon I will be taking this matter further! I very rarely complain about anything but having a business myself, I would be absolutely disgraced if my customers were treat like this. Never again will I use these.

The item I ordered was sent wrong (the colour used wasn't what I had requested), I phoned and spoke to someone who said they would send a replacement out the next day, this wax four days ago and I still haven't received anything. This was a 40th birthday present and I have not been able to give the gift I ordered
