Awful - ordered a birthday card (on 9 Feb) for a child's tenth birthday (on the 19th Feb) and nothing arrived. Sorry, but ten days should be long enough to print and send out a piece of card. Despite having an order number and e-mail, the order 'cannot be found'. It's not a rip-off, though...

Absolutely awful!! My original order of a West Bromwich Albion wallet arrived with the 'E' of the embossed initials back to front. I highlighted the fault to the sales staff who desatched a replacement promptly. However, when the replacement item arrived, that also had the same fault as the original item! No quality control what so ever. As a result I've now missed the birthday for which the gift was intended. Not happy! Will not be using your company again, nor will I be recommending their services to friends or colleagues.

The quality of the mug is bad! It looks blur and the customised name is not in the central when holding the cup handler.. Will not order again.. Any customer service to fix it?

Hi Karen, I am sorry you are unhappy with the delivery timescale. Phone cases do take up to 4 days to produce plus delivery. Our offices reopened 05/01/17 as advertised and I can confirm your order is in production. Please contact our customer service team on 01388528000 if you need anything else

Haven't received any confirmation email so far. Ordered on 21st of November, paid extra for 1-3 days delivery. Today is 28th of November and item still not arrived at all, since 7 days from ordering... Total disappointment, don't think I'm gonna place any more orders on your web site ever.

I was sorry to read your negative review. Your order was despatched on time by the postal method that you selected (2nd Class Post). Given the chosen postage option and allowing for the Bank Holiday, your item is due to arrive with you within the next couple of days. Should the item not arrive, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I ordered the football ? dressing room picture ???? and the bracelet!the picture ???? has 2 of the metal lugs' broken off &when I tried to put the bracelet on it must have been made for a child ???? as I cant get it over my wrist without the rubber pulling out of the clasp,so a complete waste of money ????!!!!!,please do something to abate my disappointment,as I have bought from you before and would like ???? something to consider using you ???? again,awaiting a speedy reply martin Pudney,Mr.

This was ordered as a Christmas present and arrived 11 days later on 30th December. When it eventually arrived I was extremely disappointed with the quality as I expected a hardback cover having paid £12.45 including delivery. Instead I received a flimsy paper backed book that I could have bought in a pound shop. Extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from this company again - a complete waste of money and very poor delivery. Louise Simpson
