The only communication I have received regarding my order is the original email confirming acceptance of the order. I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. And my name is not Davey. It's Michelle Trevillion. Overall far from impressed!!

Dear Catherine, I am very sorry that your order arrived damaged. We always try our best to securely package our items but from time to time an order does get damaged in transit. Unfortunately this is out of our control and I can only apologise for your disappointment. I can see that you have contacted us about this and that your order is already been re made and re-dispatched for you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put this right. I ordered an ipad case which when it came did not fit the ipad, also the details on the front of the case did not match the picture shown on ebay, the problem is still ongoing.

Hi, I am sorry, however we do not sell ipad cases, nor do we sell through ebay. It looks as if you may have confused our review request with an order you placed with a different company. Could I please ask that in light of this, you remove this review. Thank you.

Pleae make sure when putting in surname because if you dont tottally blank it they leave it in and charge you £5 extra

Hi, thank you for your comments. We do give our customers the opportunity to check the personalisation on screen when it is entered during the order process. We do also offer a preview facility so customers can see exactly how their order will be printed, and also confirm the personalisation on a confirmation email which is sent immediately at the point of order. Unfortunately, if an inputting error is made and the order has already been printed and/or despatched, we do unfortunately need to request a small reprint charge. Thank you.

I did not receive the mug I ordered, it was a completely different design and did not have the personalised name on it that I requested it was just blank, I immediately filled in the online form to make Personalised Football Gifts aware of this - but have still not received a response 5 days later... £9.95 wasted I will never use this site again!

My colleague has already arranged for your correct order to be despatched immediately and should be with you this week. I have also checked our email system and can only see the email from you from yesterday, which was responded to early this morning. Received a reply shortly after ordering two chrome drinks bottles that they were unavailable. Disappointed as these were for Xmas presents.

Hi, Thank you for your comments. I am very sorry that your order has not yet arrived. I can confirm that it has been despatched to the delivery address on your confirmation email. Could you please firstly confirm that this is correct, and then contact your local sorting office to see if the item is being held there, awaiting collection. We do regularly hear that items are held at the local sorting office, despite a 'While you were out' card not being left. If the item is not there and the address is correct, please contact our customer service team directly and we will arrange an immediate resend of your item. Thank you.

Service bad,the persons who answers the phone has no customer skills at all . Sad that I chose you guys and still not received it yet and was charged 5 pounds for one alphabet to be changed...wouldn't use you ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone either...

Hi, thank you for your comments. I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received when you called us. We do understand that occasionally customers can make an error with their personalisation when submitting their order. We do give customers the opportunity to check their personalisation several times when submitting their order, and also on the instant order confirmation email. We do ask that customers call us as urgently if an amendment is required to the order, however on occasion, the order may have been printed already, resulting in a small reprint charge. Once again, I am sorry if you have been unhappy with the service you have received.

Ordered 10 days ago, still awaiting delivery. no communication whatsoever received apart from order confirmation email. Delivery timelines suggest a time-scale of 5 to 7 days.

I have had no confirmation of my order. I have no idea if it is actually coming to me. My name is Kelly not Andy - Andy is thr person the gift is for not me who has paid for it. Terrible experience and so far no goods or idea when they're due for delivery.
