“I ordered from here but unfortunately the yodel delivery didn't go to plan, but pj resolved my issue fully and sent me a replacement which I received the very next day, very good quality sterling silver and very well packaged, I would continue to buy from this site as its a company I trust as my issue was resolved”

“The item was perfect the only fly in the ointment was delivery details which was advised as 22nd October and on 25 October I checked and it hadn't left the factory yet The made good by sending it by next day delivery at no charge to me so it arrived in time for the 28 October presentation”

“I bought the Christ Face pendant that came with a chain .This was a birthday gift and my friend absolutely loved it. Especially when he notice his name engrave at the back of pendant. “Lovely heart shaped necklace. Only fault was another necklace i was wearing marked the highly shiny front of the heart and i had only worn it once . Probably my fault.”

Sorry firstly we did not deliver to the wrong address, we can only ship to the address you give us as it is all automated so the incorrect address was provided by yourself. Free standard delivery was selected by you which gives 'estimated' dates only which you would be aware of when you selected the postage option as it shows you an estimated date which was 22nd and you received 24th.
