“The item itself is perfect. Delivery date wasn't met so I did panic thinking I'm never going to get it as I had no emails no contact and even when I filled in several online forms I had no reply back. However my item did arrive slightly later than stated and I would most likely use this site again. So my main advise to the site would be communication.”

We do reply to all emails but we do ask hotmail, msn and outlook customers to also check their spam folders as we seem to have issues with these going into the wrong folders. Thank you for your valued custom.

“Little larger than I thought which means it really stands out when you wear it but also that more wording could have fitted on it. But the front etching looks lovely and I like that the condition is on the front although I now wish I’d added medical condition to the wording. But I’ve had many complements. Now just to add some sparkle......”

We do state the measurement of the tag in the listing with an option of 70 free characters engraved on the reverse.
