“The bracelet is lovely but I did ask if I could pay extra to have it personalised inside too but never heard anything and it was sent without any communication. A Little disappointing as I’ll have to get it done elsewhere.”

“The heart was beautiful, as was the Presentation, bought as a gift for someone but disappointed as the silver chain had 2 knots in it. This must have been noticed when it was packaged up.”

“Lovely necklace. Arrived on time. My only problem is you select a font for the front face of the pendant, but there's no font option for the back face. When it came it was the same font back and front. I feel the medical information on the back should be written in a simple to read font. Nice and clear. Not the style I choose for the affectionate message on the front face of the pendant.”

“The little babys bracelet was beautiful and the quality was amazing and although i had the inside engraved delivery was quicker than quoted. I definitely recommend this seller. Ithe only negitive although not aa priblem i was suprised to receive a babys bangle in a black box. Thank you again from happy customer x”
