Tarnish is not a reflection on price, whether you pay £20 or £2,000 all silver will tarnish as it is a natural process. There are many cheap efficient ways to remove tarnish easily found online.

“The bracelet is more than I could of hoped for. My partner loved it. The personalised message came out exactly how I wanted it. The only issue is is the clasp. iIt is quite difficult to undo, you need Someone else to undo it. Hopefully this will ease with time 💁🏼‍♀️. If not I will contact Personalised Jewellery to rectify the problem.”

“Lovely piece, efficient service, quick delivery, just slightly disappointed it wasn’t sterling silver, but it does state this, so my mistake, should of read the description properly. And it doesn’t open you have to push the hair through the little hole where the screw is. Happy with the engraving, it was more characters than they advertised, but they where very accommodating.”

“I bought my daughter a personalised bracelet for Christmas. I had a few questions about the engraving process which were promptly answered by email. “Quite satisfied with my purchase, although the photograph does not quite convey the tiny opening in the pomander locket. I appreciate the measurements of the entire locket are described but not the central opening. As the whole purpose of the pomander is to insert a perfumed sponge/cotton wool receptacle the tiny opening means the perfumed insert would be minuscule. Other than that the locket itself is quite pretty and the engraving pleasing.”

“Very happy with my bangle. My order was dealt with quick. At first I thought it was too small and didn’t fit, so I emailed to ask if it opens up which they said yes. But didn’t tell me how so I Googled it to find out and once I knew how to open it fitted nicely. A happy customer.”
