“Really easy to use and order. Personalised items can be a bit tricky on line but I ordered a flask for my daughter it was easy to use and super fast delivery. I'm now very tempted to order the suitcase .”

“I bought the water bottle for my wife who needs to drink as much as she can through the day. She was over the moon with the water bottle and internal drinking straw which she finds much easier to use than sport water bottles. But best of all she loved her name on the water bottle. Magic”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we successfully processed and dispatched your order. However royal mail tracking shows that your parcel has not been delivered. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, but it seems as though your parcel is lost. We will send you out a replacement bottle. Hope you understand that we did the best we can, but our courier service seems to have lost your parcel. Thank you.
