“I love my personalized water bottle that arrived today! My daughter ordered one a few weeks ago and it is very well worth the money, so I ordered both me and my granddaughter one and we are chuffed with them. Considering we are in the midst of the covid19 crisis, this was delivered within days of ordering. I would definitely recommend!”

“I think that's rather a rude email 2 be honest let me let you into my life shall I,? I have just finished radiotherapy I have throat cancer and at the moment I am very I'll with it....I ordered the bottle 4 my daughters birthday as I am unable to go out at all and yes im happy with it but as you can appreciate a review is not the most important thing on my mind right now!!! Maybe you should re word your emails as you really dont know peoples situation!!!”
