“I never have a problem with you until now my. My small white suitcase with my daughters name on it and you offered me a water bottle with my name on it because you changed the date it was coming, and now I have NOT received it all so I would like to know where it is, and DPD was suppose to delivering it are under investigation and so is the driver so you could be getting a phone call, So I want to know where the is it”
