“I dont often do this but Personalized island have the best quality bits at a reasonable price I ordered my personalized bottle a week ago and i have already recieved it, I would 100% recommend there bits and bobs.”

“Ordered from here twice first time was fab 2nd wasnt so good as order delivered was incorrect despite having an email previously with the correct name Tried to telephone but not in use have emailed awaiting a new bottle or how to return the wrong one”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise as we are currently experiencing problems with our telephone line. You originally placed an order with the colour Pink and then requested for us to change your order to Purple. Unfortunately we had already dispatched your order within that day with the Pink colour. Our customer service team then amended your order later that day. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will be sending you out a replacement.
