“My bottle leaks from the bottom. When I e-mailed the company I was asked to check all the attachments were correctly closed, so I did and sent a picture where shows the issue, which is the bottom bit is not straight enought and leaks slowly but constanly. This is been about a week now and I haven't heard anything back yet. I feel I waisted £15.”

“Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago, still not arrived and had no updates at all. Have tried calling and sending messages - ignored on every occasion. Not sure if this is a real company or a fraudulent trader scamming money! Will hopefully get a clearer picture when the police get involved.”
