Let me start by saying I am excited to be receiving your products and look forward to using them. You are also very good at sending automated emails that contain updates and product details. Very helpful!! However, you are impossible to contact. I paid by apple pay and unfortunately my phone had my old address. My mistake. Immediately I emailed you, phoned you (answering machine) and told you of the problem. Answer was to call couriers please. They will not change my address as you are the consignor was the advice I received. Emailed and called you again with no response. You need to get better at answering clients and resolving simple problems, because it can sour the customer experience. Nevertheless, I can't wait to try but only hope that it comes to my new address.

I am happy with the product but not happy with you taking out another payment for another bottle that I did not order. I have sent an email to you to discontinue any further orders. I did not sign up for auto delivery .

I have received my products. Unfortunately the outdoor product has not removed the stains from my pavers. It smells very nice, but didn't remove the white stains. I followed the instructions twice, but little success. The product for inside, seems to have worked.

I have started purchasing The PetLab Products as I was impressed they were not harmful to dogs and I am able to spray the disinfectant on anything. I will say the last two orders I have received I have been disappointed with the smell of the product. The very first bottle we were delivered of the disinfectant had a lovely vanilla smell. The next one I purchased had hardly any smell at all and the last one that was delivered last week has a citrus smell that is not appealing. There needs to be more consistency with the product range.

Hi Beverly, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I have checked your order and can see you have purchased two different products with us; 1) Is the urine stain and odour remover which is a lovely vanilla (natural) scent & the other; 2) Is the Healthy Habitat Disinfectant which is a very light (natural) lemongrass smell. This is why you are finding them to be quite different, I do hope this offers a good explanation for you. Take Care!

Limited stock Sometimes over priced. We still drop in to check things out at times.
