“I have a small dog that continues to use the same spot on my carpet to wee all the time. I used the urine spray on it but I think the urine has gotten into the pile itself. Your product didn’t work in getting rid of the smell so I was a little disappointed.”

“I purchased my first dogmat last week since then I have purchased 4 more and I’m just about to purchase another one, yes I guess you can say I absolutely love them. I love how they absorb water and my floors are not dirty from doggy paw prints, also they are AMAZING in my bathroom. So soft when you get out if the shower love them 🩷🩷🧡🧡”

“I use the laundry cleaner nearly every day with my elderly dogs. It completely eliminates all urine smells and all dog smells from their blankets. Only need a tiny amount so it lasts ages. For the times that there’s a miss I use the urine spray which is astonishingly good - even on old stains/smells.”

“Amazing product, cleaned 2 cross stitch blankets made by my late mother. Heavily soiled by rats nesting in a box. Stains well over a few years old. Blankets came up as nearly new even though over 25 years old. Precious memories kept for the future, thanks to your amazing products. I highly recommend these products.”

“Highly recommended PetLab. I had black fur and dust/dirt driffting through the floor of my tiled house. Bought the floor mat. Amazing it dose everything it claims to do. So much so that I've now ordered the smaller one for the back door. Great product”

“Amazing product! I foster dogs and go through a lot more pee training than the average bear. Far more effective than anything I’ve bought in a pet store (and I work in one). Big advantage for me is that it’s safe and effective for ALL pets including my rodents and snake, not just cats and dogs!”

“Fake Grass, I have about 35m2 of it and 2 working dogs who seem to prefer going to the toilet on that area rather than the rest of the block. I’ve tried everything from vinegar to other expensive products to get rid of the smell , pet lab Enzyme cleaner is the best I have found. I buy the concentrate then mix it as recommended in a watering can and quickly do one run over the entire area. Smells ok and lasts a couple of weeks, depending on the weather and the dogs..”

“I was prepared to buy the 5-litre container of urine stain & odour remover but was advised that it was more economical to buy a 300 ml concentrate. The product does get rid of the cat urine odour that wet vacuuming doesn't quite achieve. I had to do 2 treatments in a couple of spots, just as the product instructions advised, but the result is good and I'm satisfied. The cat can still tell those spots so we have to keep an eye on her, but at least there's no longer any odour.”
