“From start to finish the whole process of buying from Petalina was easy and a delight. The website is user friendly, the delivery was swift, great attention to detail was apparent regarding pretty packaging and I am delighted with the quality of the rag doll I bought (Fran). “at petalina , i found the most beautiful collection of dolls, which cannot be found in any shops,i looked in every toy shops and toys department stores,and they all stock the same dolls and there is nothing special about them ,i am very excited to have found petalina and intend to treat myself to most of these beautiful dolls one by one,the service was great too and i recieved it very quickly. nadia”

“Took some time to settle on a doll, so many lovely ones to choose from. Cate at Petalina was very helpful with advice on the best kind of doll for my daughter's age, and we settled on Lily Brown Bob, she is cute, a nice size and comes with a lovely sparkly dress. It's a present for my daughters 3rd birthday in a few days time - I'm sure she will love it! (esp if it's wrapped in pink paper with a big bow). Great service, had the doll within a couple of days of ordering, and no delivery costs as I was able to collect locally. Many thanks Petalina!”
