“I have ordered about five or six dolls from Petalina and have been extremely pleased with all of the them. The orders are processed quickly and efficiently and packed very nicely. I have not experienced any problems. The prices are great. I highly recommend Petalina's online shopping.”

“I purchased a doll for my daughter for Christmas and was really disappointed when some of the stitching came undone. I rang Petalina and spoke to Cate and she asked for a photo showing the problem and then sent a replacement out straight away. Brilliant service. Thanks!”

“I have bought different brand of dolls from Petalina for example Kidz 'N" Cats, Sylvia Natterer Finouche and Gotz. The service has been excellent any questions I had were answered and even photos of the dolls in stock. Love the text message with a window of when the goods will be delivered so you can carry on with other daily activities. The packaging was beautiful with Pink tissue and Cate signature Pink ribbon wrapped around the tissue. Happy Customer”

“My 8 year old daughter had set her heart on a doll similar to that owned by her best friend. She also wanted certain clothes (school uniform) supplied by another retailer who offers them in different sizes for different dolls. Unfortunately that doll was no longer available so I started a search for the next best thing and had no idea how to work out what size clothes to order. I was really lucky to find the Petalina website quite quickly as it gave me all the information I needed - really clear and comprehensive descriptions of the dolls and good graphics too so that I could compare and contrast them. The order was processed very efficiently once I had made my mind up and the parcel arrived quickly and was beautifully presented - such a shame that I had to take the doll out of the box to check the clothes sizes! The information on the website meant that I had got exactly the right sized doll's uniform and result one VERY happy little girl on Christmas Day. Thank you - I've recommended the website to other friends whose daughters are also now looking longingly at my daughter's doll!”

“The best dolly website in the world. The information is very detailed. Customer Service is second to none and everything arrives beautifully packaged and exactly as described. We don't buy our dollies or accessories from anywhere else.”

“The lady I spoke to was very helpful when I phoned for advice on which doll to choose, even though it was a very busy time pre Christmas. The goods arrive the next day and I was very pleased with them - good quality. I think the website is easy to follow. All in all the company has a genuine desire to please. I can't fault them.”

“This is an amazing company for children to find a doll that looks realistic and helps encourage imaginative play . I bought my daughter for Christmas a beautiful doll called Alex a Lorena brand and a La Niña pram with matching bag, pink of course!. My daughter absolutely loved it! Thank you for making my daughters Christmas present one to remember forever xxxx P.s I think this company is amazing they also help with a charity where I picked up the presents from think it's amazing they help others.”

“My 3 year old, loves this. It smells lovely, its easy to handle. Bit small but that's a good thing. Only negative if there were to be one is the trouser/bottoms keep slipping off the satin body.”

Hello Gurjeet, thanks so much for the review. It's lovely to hear that your little one loves her PlayTime baby. I've always loved the idea of the satin fabric used for the body but I can imagine that this would cause a bit of slippage of the garments. I'll pass your feedback onto the supplier. Perhaps a baby all in one outfit would be better. I'm assuming too that you were pleased with the shopping experience and delivery from Petalina? Thanks very much, Cate
