“So pleased to have found this wonderful shop! I've been looking for a baby doll for my granddaughter for a few weeks now and couldn't see anything in the shops that I liked so I tried googling and found Petalina. They were really quick to answer questions by email and help me find the right doll. We have since ordered and received Cookie by Gotz which I am sure my granddaughter will love forever. Thank you Petalina. Lovely shop, great service and with 3 granddaughters we will be back soon I'm sure.”

“After purchasing the gorgeous Zoe for my daughter for Christmas, I knew that I would need to have the equally magical Smilla for myself! Both dolls have a kind of serene beauty which makes them so very appealing! Beautifully made by Petitcollin, with luscious hair, hand painted eyes, and delightful clothing, they are so wonderful to hold and pose! Oh, how I would love to have them all! Thank you so much, Cate, for reintroducing me to Ms. Natterer' s dolls, and for your very caring and exemplary service.??”

“i bought this doll for my 16 month old daughter when our son arrived, so she would have her own baby to look after and feed. I particularly liked this one because it had a nice face, some dolls i find quite ugly/scary! It is also machine washable and not too big or heavy, so easy for carry round. Obviously more expensive that the average doll, but for a special occasion, it's definitely worth it. Highly recommend! My only negative point would be the babies thumb doesn't stay in her mouth, only the bottle.”

“What a gem of a website and company. Very quick delivery. Customer service was excellent. Goods were beautifully packaged, so gorgeous in fact I did not open them, but sent straight off to my grandaughter. Both her mother and grandaughter delighted, has spent many hours dressing and undressing dolly, best find ever. Beautiful clothes for Petalina dolly, worth every penny. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.”

“Delighted so far. Grand daughter's birthday is not until the 20th so the box with Jessica is still unopened. The presentation in the pink tissue was very nice and I am sure the recipient will be happy when the time comes”

“It is always a pleasure to purchase from Petalina. The site is easy to negotiate and they are quick to inform you of new stock, what is on order and when it arrives. You can also reserve that special must have item if it isn't in stock yet. They are friendly and their communication is excellent, and the items arrive quickly and safely. I haven't had to return anything yet so cannot comment on their returns policy but this is because everything has been so excellent.”

“Very pleased with my interaction with Petalina. The website is easy to navigate, there is lots of selection, and there is ample information about each product. The shipping was a bit slow, but that could be because of the international order and because I ordered during holiday season. Staff are friendly and helpful, I sent a few emails back and forth to decide which doll to buy for my daughter and they responded quickly and were able to help. I will be returning to Petalina for future doll-related purchases!”

You are quite right that shipping was slow because we were closed over the Christmas holiday and then unfortunately the warehouse failed to wake up again afterwards! “This is our second order. Everything arrives quickly using Dpd so you get hr slots. Everything is beautifully packed in pink tissue paper and bows. The doll and her clothes boxes are carefully placed no chucking it together. The website is beautiful and a nice place to browse. Overall an excellent marketing, dispatch and logistic experience.”

“This is a great place to shop! Friendly and helpful. I love just browsing through their site. They have offers sometimes too, and you get loyalty points which help towards future purchases. The service is excellent. I live in USA and it didn't take long for my doll to come which arrived in perfect condition. I plan to shop here again.”

“I would recommend Petalina to everyone who loves dolls. The choice of dolls, clothing and accessories is superb, with clear descriptions on each item. The size guides to the clothing is really helpful, and gives a wide choice of products to suit every doll. Delivery was speedy, and the items were most beautifully wrapped. It was such a gorgeous package to receive. Customer service was wonderful, with speedy responses to any questions. I have Petalina saved on my PC home screen - ready to place new orders! Petalina = WONDERFUL!”

“Petalina is my favorite place on the web!!! They have the best dolls, clothes and accessories! Even if I am not shopping, I browse the website and love the blogs, posts and articles.
