“Excellent. I spoke to Kate who was extremely helpful. I placed my order for 4 dolls for my four grand daughters and they were delivered in 36 hours! Needless to say the girls were thrilled when they opened them on Christmas Day! Thank you for all your help and speedy delivery! I shall be ordering some clothes for their birthdays! Ruth Gibbon”

“This was my first purchase. I will be adding dolls all year from this company. This is the most real baby that I have even purchased. A grandmother with four granddaughters over the years I have purchased my fare share of dolls, but this company has the best quality and the best service of any company. I will order another one by July of this year. You have my business from now on. This baby has the most life like features of any. The service getting it to us was faster than I thought it would be. I can say nothing but good things. I can't wait to order my next one.”

“I'm a returning customer I have two little girls that were over the moon with there presents this Christmas ..All thanks to petalina Everything in my huge Christmas order was stunning, everything was extra special as usual & the baby dolls were so beautiful & well made my 11 year old wanted them. “My order was handled very efficiently and the online ordering was very easy to use. The item was deliverednwithnutmostmprecision and I am very happy with my purchase, which arrived in immaculate condition. “So impressed with Petalina. I made a mistake with my order, had to telephone and it was all sorted out immediately with great courtesy. The correct doll arrived within a couple of days and was beautifully packaged. The doll itself looks gorgeous but is not out of its packaging yet as it is a Christmas present. All in all one of my best online shopping experiences and I will be recommending Petalina to friends and family.”
