“I have just received my Grandaughter's Puppy Mile a Fabric Doll. I have never seen such a beautiful doll. So well made and a lovely cute face. The box really adds quality to the doll. My Grandaughter is 2yrs old and will adore it. Best service from ordering to delivery. Thankyou so much for everything.”

“Delighted with the baby doll which we have bought for our 3 year old granddaughter for Christmas. I feel the service was exceptional, from the initial order to receiving the doll. We were very impressed with the packaging- she came in a lovely presentation box, and obviously a great deal of thought has gone into the presentation- so much nicer than the plastic packaging so often seen elsewhere. We are so looking forward to seeing her face as she unwraps this present. This is the first time we have had any experience with your Company, and must compliment you on the first class service you have given. Many thanks Gill Greensmith”

“I bought two dolls, one of which I returned, as I thought a slightly larger doll would be nicer, for my youngest granddaughter. The return process was simple and the replacement doll arrived promptly. The dolls, "Precious Day Girl" and "Maxy Muffin"are both really beautiful and of very good quality. I'm sure the girls, will be delighted. RC”

“Purchase process was very easy and I was kept informed about delivery of my doll. I liaised with the staff a few times during the postage period and they were very courteous and helpful - with thanks. The Cookie doll is just lovely - my grand daughter will love her.”

“We ordered two dolls, they were absolutely wonderful; it will make Christmas that little bit more special when our granddaughters open them. They were delivered two days after the order was placed, well packed and protected. I would highly recommend this Company and their products.”

“Petalina was recommended by a friend and has more than lived up to expectations! I found the website very informative and a very speedy and friendly reply to my email helped confirm which would be the right first "baby doll" for our granddaughter. Ordering was simple and we were amazed when Corolle's Mon Premier Calin was delivered 24 hours later. She was so beautifully packaged we decided to reseal the tissue and the joy on our granddaughter's face when she ripped it open on her 2nd birthday will long be remembered. "Baby" is now being loved and cared for all the time - hopefully good practise before a real one joins the family next spring!”
